TCC and Hollywood leaders to meet with members of Congress and Biden Administration to urge critical support for arts funding

March 1, 2022 (WASHINGTON, D.C.) – The Creative Coalition will once again lead a delegation of Hollywood’s top leaders to Capitol Hill on Friday, April 29, 2022, for meetings with members of Congress and Biden Administration officials about the critical importance of federal funding for the arts. The day of action will culminate with TCC’s annual #RightToBearArts Gala Dinner, featuring a special performance by Grammy-nominated Singer/Songwriter KT Tunstall.

“The arts reflect who we are as Americans,” said The Creative Coalition President, actor Tim Daly. “It’s absolutely paramount that Congress continues to fund the National Endowment for the Arts and supports one of the nation’s most critical sectors. We look forward to once again meeting with lawmakers to urge their support for the arts, the very bedrock of American culture.”
