WASHINGTON, DC (April 2, 2007) – As the 2007 political year heats up, The Creative Coalition(www.thecreativecoalition.org) and World Poker Tour® bring a new kind of caucus to Capitol Hill.

The Creative Coalition’s Poker Détente presented by the National Beer Wholesalers Associationand hosted by Capitol File magazine will, for the first time ever, bring together Capitol Hill’s leadership, and those who comment on it with Hollywood’s brightest stars — over a poker table. It will be an evening when the right and the left, the Red and the Blue tackle (and possibly resolve!) the hottest and most contested issues on the forefront of the national agenda. The evening promises to be not just another charity gala.
