Honors Art and Craft of Independent Film
New York, NY (December 14, 2010): The Creative Coalition is accepting submissions for The 2011 Spotlight Initiative Awards to be held on Monday evening, January 24th, during the upcoming film festival in Park City, Utah. The Spotlight Initiative Awards honor films, actors, and filmmakers featured in this year’s festival that leverage the broad platform of the silver screen to bring attention to important national and global issues.
Past award winners include: Quentin Tarantino, Barry Levinson, Ewan McGregor, Alejandro Amenábar, Lee Daniels, Melissa Leo, Elijah Wood, Adrian Grenier, Zach Braff and Tony Goldwyn, among others.
