A panel discussion entitled: Public Education and the Politics of Art was held in New York City. Moderated by Diana Ayton-Shenker, Director of the PEN American Center, the panel consisted of: William Baldwin; Elizabeth Murray, painter; Wendy Kopp, President of Teach for America; Ruby Lerner, Executive Director of Creative Capital; and, William Devlin, Director of the Urban Family Council.
