Washington, DC (Monday, March 14, 2005) – Legendary Grammy Award-Winner Tony Bennett will receive The Creative Coalition’s 2005 Capitol Hill Spotlight Award in recognition of his leadership and contributions to arts advocacy and arts in education. Senator Max Baucus and Senator Ted Stevens also will be honored for their outstanding support for public funding of the arts. The Spotlight Awards will be capped off by The Creative Coalition’s annual Ultimate Gift Bag Gala where attendees will have the opportunity to choose the most deluxe and state-of-the-art merchandise — the Ultimate in luxury from the worlds of fashion, beauty, entertainment, electronics, travel for your shopping pleasure.
