The Creative Coalition hosted a fireside luncheon during the 2004 Sundance Film Festival. TCC Board Member Ron Reagan interviewed actors Sean Astin and Kevin Pollak on each of their notable careers and the politics that influenced them. The luncheon took place at the Entertainment Technology Alliance house.

Ray-Ban Visionary Award
The Creative Coalition, Ray Ban, and Movieline's Hollywood Life Magazine presented Mark Ordesky, EVP/COO of New Line Productions and President of Fine Line Features, with the Ray-Ban Visionary Award at the Village at the Lift, during The 2004 Sundance Film Festival. The host committee included: TCC Co-Presidents Joe Pantoliano and Tony Goldwyn, Nicole Kidman, Elijah Wood, Peter Jackson, Alan Cumming, Ted Hope, Atom Egoyan, Scott Hicks, Colin Callender, John Waters, Lauren Bacall, John Cameron Mitchell, Michael Lynne, Bob Shaye, Danny Huston and Christine Vachon.

March 30 & 31 - Washington, D.C.
The Creative Coalition, in partnership with Americans For The Arts, sent a delegation to Washington, D.C. for Arts Advocacy Day 2004. Capitol Hill delegates included: TCC Board Members Giancarlo Esposito; Michael Frankfurt; and Elliot Forrest. The delegation delivered a unified message encouraging membes of Congress to increase funding for the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Humanities, with particular focus on the benefits on arts education for the nation's youth. In addition TCC hosted the 2004 Capitol Hill Spotlight Awards and Benefit Gala.
